Shanmugam Vaidyanathan Ganesan built the High IQ BODMAS Math Quiz app as a free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
The app does not require you to provide personal information. Any information the app uses is retained on your device and is not collected by the developer in any way.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (for example Google Play Services and Google AdMob). Links to their privacy policies are available on their respective sites.
The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob to provide the game free of charge. AdMob may collect device advertising ID, IP address, device information, approximate location (country level), and app usage data to serve ads.

Whenever you use the app, in a case of an error, data and information (through third-party products) may be collected on your phone called Log Data. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the service, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.
The app does not use cookies explicitly. However, third-party code and libraries used by the app may use cookies to collect information and improve their services.
The developer may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the service, provide the service on the developer's behalf, perform service-related activities, or assist in analysing how the service is used. These third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for any other purpose.
The developer values your trust in providing personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The app does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from servers. Parents or guardians who become aware of such data being shared should contact the developer so that necessary action can be taken.
The privacy policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

The App is provided solely for entertainment and casual educational practice. It is not an official study material, coaching guide, textbook, or exam-preparation product for any bank, government body, or examination authority. Any reference to “bank exam” questions describes only the general style of the questions and does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from any bank, examining body, or government organization.
Questions, answers, explanations, difficulty labels, and timing are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable effort is made to ensure correctness, the developer makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, that:
You should not rely on the App as your sole source of preparation. Consult official syllabi, published question papers, and qualified instructors for authoritative material.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or study choices you make based on content in the App, including any impact on real-world examination outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, Seven Twelve, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of marks, loss of rank, loss of a job opportunity, loss of income, loss of time, emotional distress, mental anguish, or any other loss whatsoever arising out of or in connection with:
If, notwithstanding the above, any liability is found to attach to the developer, its total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the developer for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 100 (one hundred Indian Rupees), whichever is lower.
Nothing in the App constitutes educational, career, financial, legal, or professional advice. The App is a casual math quiz game; it is not a tutor, examiner, or advisor.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, tamper with in-app purchases, spread false claims about the App's content, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law. Cheating within the App only affects your own score and has no consequence outside the App.
The App uses third-party services including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and the Google Play Billing Library. The developer is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, nor for any advertisement served through them. Your interactions with any advertiser are solely between you and the advertiser.
Any in-app purchase (such as Remove Ads) is a one-time transaction processed by Google Play. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy; the developer does not process refunds directly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, Seven Twelve, and its affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws that grant you rights that cannot be waived, any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
